What I liked most about the book were the characters. They were written well and showed great strength in what they had to do. I loved Kaia. After her life was turned upside down by Gods, Goddesses, and other worldly things she remained strong. She did what she was suppose to do and followed her instincts.I also enjoyed reading about Reeze. He is the type of guy that shows up in the nick of time to help then stays by you. I loved his alpha male personality. But the secret he was harboring broke my heart. I was glad that he was able to make the right decision. The Gods and Goddesses were real interesting that they were called by colors. I have not seen or read that before so I was excited to read something unique and different. The whole prophecy with the sister world is interesting. Although at times, the plot did seem confusing but I was able to get back on track and read on. The world the Ms. Freitas created is really out of the box and unique. My only gripe about this book is the plot. It was very confusing to grab a hold of from the start. I found that I had to re-read parts in order to figure out what happen. The plot itself is interesting, but for the reader it hard to follow and understand. I felt like there was something missing. Overall, the book is good.
